Description
Ixda, the environmental protection arm of Double Star Group, has built a closed-loop industrial chain from waste tire collection and pyrolysis to recovered carbon black deep processing. The line is included in the MIIT list of standardized enterprises for comprehensive waste tire utilization.
Closed-Loop Tire Recycling
- Waste tire collection and sorting system
- Continuous pyrolysis producing fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire and syngas
- Carbon black deep processing for reuse in tire and rubber production
- Syngas recycled to heat the reactor for energy self-sufficiency

Outputs and Value
- Fuel oil, approx. 45%, used as industrial fuel or refined into diesel
- Recovered carbon black, approx. 35%, returned to tire, conveyor belt and pigment industries
- Steel wire, approx. 18%, returned to steel mills
- Combustible gas recycled on site
